Irasema is backed by an in-house team that manages the paperwork, so she can stay focused on what matters most — clear communication, strong negotiation, and guiding clients from offer to close. She's especially at home working with San Diego and Chula Vista's military community, having helped many VA buyers navigate the path to homeownership. 

Outside of real estate, Irasema is an active board member of Las Primeras, a nonprofit supporting small, high-impact local organizations across San Diego County, and has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars distributed back into the community. She's also an avid traveler and mountain climber, having summited peaks like Mount Kilimanjaro, the "Roof of Africa." Irasema brings the same determination to helping her clients that she brings when she climbs and conquers mountains. When she's not working, she's spending time with her two sons.
